Estancia Peuma Hue prides itself on providing an unforgettable dining experience. Three chefs are the ones who brought our cuisine to the most outstanding level. With a varied gourmet offer, taste from our typical argentine and regional Patagonian dishes to our international cuisine. We focus on balanced, healthy and delicious meals, based on our home-made products. The produce that we use to create our culinary experience comes from our own organic garden, greenhouse and orchard that are located within the estancia as well as from local farmers markets, thus creating harmony with body and nature!
As part of our full board plan, buffet breakfast, lunch or picnics, an afternoon snack or cocktail with appetizers and dinner are provided. We operate a fixed menu, carefully designed for each season and according to produce available. Dietary restrictions and personal wishes can be accommodated, knowing in advance. Our highly trained chefs prepare freshly made meals accompanied with top-rated regional wines and microbrew beers.
As another option under request, we offer wine tasting evenings, with a large variety of the multiple strains that our internationally well-known argentine wines offer. Cooking lessons and Cooking Retreats are another popular options; offering retreats with a minimum of 6 guests.
After severe and heavy snow and wind during our winter storms, our main greenhouse got completely destroyed. With an inexhaustible effort of our team led by our head maintenance man Javier Baieli and our head chef Manuela Luna, we proudly gave a boost to our garden and greenhouse work with a new look. With input of famous organic garden designer Fede del Gorro and a hard work and expertise of our team, our guests will be able to taste our diverse menus of homemade, organic, balanced and healthy food designed and cooked by Manu and his team. Guests that love gardening enjoy picking our berries or tasting right from our plants. Thanks to all those involved in this great effort!! 🙂
